Community Engagement Coordinator - Black Women's Economic Security

Contract Length: 12 months 

Hours: 35 hours/week 

Location: St. Catharines (Not a Remote/Hybrid position) 

Annual Salary: $50,500 plus benefits

Position Summary: 

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Community Engagement Coordinator to join our organization on a full-time fixed contract basis (35 hours per week). The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our mission by engaging with the community and collaborating with various contributors.

Social Issues Researcher - Black Women's Economic Security

Overview:  

Future Black Female (FBF) is dedicated to the economic security and prosperity of Black women in Ontario. We aim to create systemic change by addressing intersectional barriers to equality for diverse women, and we are looking for a passionate Social Issue Researcher to join our team. 

 

Position Summary:  

The social issue researcher will be responsible for maintaining strong working relationships with high schools, colleges and universities as well as other agencies and organizations such as immigration centers. The role involves providing statistical and other vetted information that guides and supports FBF’s advocacy and programming goals.
