Meet Our Hosts!

Justin Mafie is an undergraduate at Brock University and a passionate student leader committed to equity, inclusion, and global citizenship. He serves as a Peer Assistant at the Black Student Success Centre, an EDI Research Assistant with Human Rights and Equity, and a member of the President’s Advisory Committee on Human Rights, Equity, and Decolonization. Justin also co-leads the Brock East African Student Community, heads marketing for the Brock University Black Student Association, and manages social and web content for the North American Youth Parliament for Water. As a dedicated photographer and videographer, he uses visual storytelling to celebrate diverse cultures and drive social justice and sustainability.

Errol S. Williams is a Niagara-based entrepreneur and community advocate with over 20 years of experience in barbering and event production. As founder of Soul Creations—the first Black-owned barbershop in St. Catharines—and owner of Falls Barbershop in Niagara Falls, he has created vibrant cultural hubs that blend precision grooming with mentorship and community engagement. Through NxtUp Entertainment, Errol has produced concerts, festivals, fashion shows, and nightlife experiences across the region. A former Canadian Armed Forces reservist with a diploma in Entertainment Business Management and credentials in marketing and business administration, he has been honoured by the City of St. Catharines, named a GNCC Outstanding New Business finalist, and featured on the NBC/Peacock series Take Note.
