Public Relations Intern
Contract Length: 3 months or longer

Future Black Female creates opportunities for Black/African girls and young women aged 16-22 to develop and thrive as future leaders and social entrepreneurs.
An intensive digital literacy internship program to help you develop transferable professional skills.
This opportunity is open to any Future Black Female aged 16 - 22. You will be asked for photo identification to verify your age. Interns receive an honorarium to help pay for their data and internet usage.

What interpersonal skills do you feel are most important in the role of an intern expected to represent this organization?
All interns are expected to write a minimum of 8 articles for our blog, what topic or series will you focus on for the blog? In the same document, include a sample of your writing on feminism (between 500 to 800 words).
What is expected of you as an intern?
We must be able to see that you are devoting enough time and commitment to your work. We measure this by evaluating:
The quality of your work.
Your ability to meet deadlines
The creativity and innovation you bring to each campaign
Your initiative as well as how well you follow instructions.
As an intern, you are not expected to be an expert, but you are expected to show a drive for excellence. Internships last for a minimum of 3 months, and interns are expected to manage the social media of Future Black Female daily. Other duties are assigned at the discretion of Future Black Female staff but will not interfere with the intern's other responsibilities (schooling or employment).
